Iterate until done.

Complexity, finishing.

Work drifts across the board, unsticks, and lands in Done — and the team keeps using it, because there is nothing to learn.

Already have an account? Sign in

Notes move when the work does.

Each card finds its own pace — some stick mid-board, some shoot straight to Done. The pile on the right is the point.

Sound familiar?

The complaints we built around.

None of these are exotic. They're what teams say about the project tool they already pay for — and each one is a design decision we made differently.

"Nobody can find anything in it."

The big platforms bolt on a new view type every quarter until the sidebar is a maze and half the team quietly goes back to a spreadsheet.

One obvious place for every piece of work

Spaces, folders, lists. Open any list and switch between board, table, calendar, timeline and workload with one click — same data, no new place to learn.

"It took us three weeks to roll out."

Implementation projects, admin certifications and a consultant on retainer, before a single task gets tracked.

Productive on day one

Import a CSV, invite the team, start working. No onboarding project, no training sessions, no certification, no consultant.

"We're paying for seats that never log in."

Per-seat pricing that punishes you for adding a contractor, plus AI billed to every member whether they touch it or not.

No surprise line items

Free guests for clients and contractors who only need one list. No per-member AI surcharge. Nothing gets switched on and billed without you agreeing first.

"I've muted it. Everyone has muted it."

A notification for every field change on every task in every project you were ever added to — so the ones that matter get buried.

Notifications you actually control

Per-channel modes — everything, focused, mentions only, custom, or off — and per-activity switches inside custom. Tune it once and trust your inbox again.

"Getting our data back out was a project of its own."

Exports that drop custom fields, comments and attachments, so leaving costs more than staying.

Your data stays yours

CSV in and CSV out, plus a full-workspace JSON export of everything — tasks, docs, fields, comments. Leaving should be as easy as arriving.

"It's slow, so I keep it closed."

A tool you dread opening is a tool that stops reflecting reality within a week.

Fast enough to leave open all day

Server-rendered, no heavyweight client app, no install. Each workspace runs in its own isolated database, so your team's speed doesn't depend on anyone else's.

"We track hours in a spreadsheet and copy them over."

Boards and lists with no timer built in, so billable hours live in a separate app nobody remembers to open until invoicing day.

A timer on every task

Start it from the task you're doing, stop it when you're done, and see every entry grouped by day on a shared timesheet — no separate app, no copy-paste.

Everything in the box

The structure you need. Not the complexity you don't.

Every capability below ships today, on every workspace. There is no tier that unlocks the basics and no add-on that quietly appears on the invoice.

Plan & track

Six ways to look at the same work, one click apart.

Lists, boards & tables

Every list is also a Kanban board and a sortable table. Switch view, don't switch tool.

Timeline & Gantt

Drag dates, draw dependencies, mark milestones — and see what slips when something slips.

Calendar

Everything due this month in one place. Drag a task to a new day to reschedule it.

Workload

Who's over capacity, over 7, 14 or 30 days. Group by person, priority, status or tag, with per-person capacity.

Goals & targets

Tie the day-to-day to a number. Targets roll up progress automatically as tasks close.

Custom statuses

Name your own stages, colour them, cap work-in-progress, and save the set as a reusable template.

Organize

Enough structure to scale. Not so much that you need a diagram to explain it.

Spaces, folders & lists

Three levels, not seven. Deep enough for an agency with thirty clients, shallow enough to explain in a sentence.

Custom fields

Text, number, currency, date, dropdown, checkbox, people. Add the field you need to the list that needs it.

Subtasks, checklists & dependencies

Break the work down, tick it off, and record what has to happen first.

Tags, priorities & task types

Cut across the hierarchy when the hierarchy isn't the answer.

Recurring work & reminders

Weekly reports and monthly invoices reappear on their own instead of living in someone's head.

Saved views & filters

Save the filter you keep rebuilding, share it with the team, make it the default.

Collaborate

Bring in clients, contractors and the rest of the company — without buying them all a seat.

Comments & @mentions

Discussion attached to the work, threaded replies, and a mention that actually reaches someone.

Docs & wikis

Nested pages, rich text, PDF export, and a public link when something needs to leave the building.

Public forms

Take requests from people who'll never log in. Submissions land straight in the right list.

Guests & granular roles

Give a client one list and nothing else. Roles and permissions per space, folder and list.

Notification control

Per channel and per activity: everything, focused, mentions only, custom, or nothing at all.

Activity history

Who changed what, when. Including the change nobody will admit to.

Automate & connect

A tool your other tools — and your AI assistant — can talk to.

Automations

When a task hits a status, move it, assign it, or set a field. Rules you can read out loud.

REST API

119+ documented endpoints and scoped API keys. Everything the UI can do, your scripts can do.

Built-in MCP server

87 tools your AI assistant can call directly — create tasks, read lists, log time — no glue code.

Webhooks

Push changes to Slack, a data warehouse, or whatever you've already built.

Import & export

CSV in from any platform. CSV out, plus a full-workspace JSON export of everything.

Embeds & dashboards

Drop a live list into your intranet or client portal. Build a dashboard from the widgets you care about.

Headless operation

Spin up a space, build out lists and fields, assign work and close it out — end to end, with no one ever opening the app.

Fast path

Live this afternoon, not next quarter.

No implementation project. No admin certification. No consultant on retainer before the first task gets tracked.

STEP 1

Bring your work over

Upload a CSV from whatever you're on now — names, statuses, priorities, assignees and due dates come with it. About two minutes.

STEP 2

Invite the team

They log in and see their work. There's nothing to teach them, because there's nothing hidden.

STEP 3

Iterate until done

Adjust statuses, add the two custom fields you actually need, and get on with the work.

Where teams land

A spreadsheet, a platform, or this.

Most teams start in a spreadsheet, outgrow it, buy something enormous, and end up administering software instead of shipping work. There is a stop in between.

Capability A spreadsheet An enterprise platform IterDone
Time to first real task Minutes — until it sprawls Days or weeks of rollout An afternoon, import included
What a new hire has to learn Where the tabs are A course, sometimes a certification Nothing. Open it and it's obvious
Views of the same work One, and it's a grid Fifteen, twelve unused Six, all one click apart
Clients & contractors Email them a copy Buy them a seat Invite them as free guests, scoped to one list
Automation & AI access None Add-on, often billed per member Included — REST API, webhooks and 87 MCP tools

FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things people ask before they sign up.

How long does setup actually take?

Most teams import a CSV and invite people the same afternoon. There is no implementation project, no admin certification and no consultant — if you can describe your work as lists of tasks, you can be running today.

How much does it cost?

Sign in and start using your workspace. If we introduce paid plans later we'll make the pricing clear before you incur any charge — you will never be billed without agreeing first.

Can I move my existing projects in?

Yes. Export a CSV from your current tool and upload it. Task names, statuses, priorities, assignees and due dates come across in one pass. There's a full-workspace JSON importer for larger migrations.

Can I get my data back out?

Any time, without asking us. CSV export per list, and a full-workspace JSON export covering tasks, docs, custom fields and comments.

Do clients and contractors need paid seats?

No. Invite them as guests and scope them to a single list — they see their work and nothing else.

Is there an API? Can my AI assistant use it?

Both. 119+ REST endpoints with scoped API keys, outbound webhooks, and a built-in MCP server exposing 87 tools so an AI assistant can create tasks, read lists and log time directly.

Can I run this headless, without anyone opening the app?

Yes. The REST API and MCP server cover the same ground the UI does — create a space, build out lists and custom fields, assign and close tasks — so an AI agent or a script can run a workspace end to end. Log in when you want to look; you never have to.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in any modern browser on desktop or phone. Nothing to install, nothing to update.

Is my data secure?

Every company's workspace lives in its own isolated database. Passwords are hashed, all traffic is encrypted in transit, and we don't sell your data.

Who's behind it?

IterDone is built and operated by Pangloss Technologies. Read more about us, check the system status, or get in touch — you'll reach the people who write the code.

Ready when your team is.

Create your workspace, bring your work across, and get the afternoon back. Iterate until done.
