7/14/30-day capacity planning, grouped by person, priority, status, or tag, with per-person capacity overrides and an unscheduled/overdue panel.
Public doc sharing
Share a doc or a single page to the open web, with link expiration, password protection, an indexing toggle, and an embed code.
Notification settings
Per-channel modes — everything, focused, mentions only, custom, or off — for inbox and email, plus batched digest emails instead of one-at-a-time noise.
REST API & MCP server
119+ documented REST endpoints and a built-in MCP server exposing 87 tools for AI assistants.
Webhooks & import/export
Outbound webhooks, CSV import/export per list, and a full-workspace JSON export covering tasks, docs, fields, and comments.
In progress
- Closing the remaining gaps in notification settings — a browser-push channel, do-not-disturb / smart-notification suppression, and a richer activity list inside Custom mode.
- Naming, renaming, and deleting your own saved status templates (today you can create and save changes in place, but not rename or delete one).
Considering
- Custom fields scoped to a whole Space or Folder, not just a List.
- A remap picker when moving a task between lists with different statuses, instead of always resetting to the target list's default.
- A live status feed for the status page, instead of the static description it is today.
