Web application
The workspace you sign in to and work in every day — tasks, lists, boards, docs, and everything else in the app.
What "operational" means here, what we run, and how to reach us if something's wrong.
This page is a plain description, not a live feed — there's no automated uptime monitor behind it yet (see the note below). If something is down right now, the fastest way to reach us is email, not this page.
The workspace you sign in to and work in every day — tasks, lists, boards, docs, and everything else in the app.
The documented API and MCP server that scripts, integrations, and AI assistants call directly.
Scheduled work that isn't tied to a page load — reminders, recurring tasks, and batched notification-email digests.
Account emails (invites, password resets) and notification digests, sent through our transactional email provider.
Operational means you can sign in, your workspace loads, and the component in question is doing what it's supposed to. A component is degraded when it's working but slower or less reliable than normal, and down when it isn't working at all.
We don't yet have a public incident log or a status feed you can subscribe to — see the placeholder below. Today, if something is wrong, email us and we'll tell you what we know as we know it. We don't hide behind a support queue; the person who replies is the person who can actually look at the system.
See something wrong? Email support@iterdone.com or use our contact page.
Create your workspace, bring your work across, and get the afternoon back. Iterate until done.
