Pricing

Simple pricing. No surprise line items.

IterDone hasn't turned on paid plans yet. Sign in, bring your work across, and use the full product — every view, every integration, every guest seat — while we're in early access. No card, no trial countdown, nothing that quietly starts billing.

Current plan

Free while we're in early access

Everything below is included today, on every workspace — not a trial tier that narrows once you're hooked.

  • Unlimited spaces, folders and lists
  • All six views — board, table, timeline, calendar, workload and goals
  • Custom statuses with WIP limits, custom fields and saved views
  • Free guests for clients and contractors, scoped to a single list
  • Docs, public forms and public doc sharing
  • REST API, webhooks and the built-in MCP server included
  • Automations, recurring tasks and dependencies
  • Full CSV and full-workspace JSON export, any time

What we'll never do

The line items other tools quietly add.

These aren't promotional promises — they're design decisions already built into how the product works.

No per-member AI surcharge The MCP server and every automation are part of the product, not a metered add-on billed per seat whether people use it or not.
No paywalling the basics Board, table, timeline, calendar, workload and goals are the same product — there's no tier where half of them are greyed out.
No charging for read-only guests A client or contractor who only needs one list is a free guest, not a seat you have to justify buying.
No lossy export CSV and full-workspace JSON export cover tasks, docs, custom fields and comments — leaving should never cost more than staying.

Looking ahead

If paid plans arrive, you'll hear about it first.

We're still in early access, and we're deliberately not charging while the product is settling. If that changes, we'll announce the plans and the prices before they take effect — not as a surprise line on an invoice. You will never be billed without agreeing to it first, and nothing you've built or imported gets held back if you decide not to move to a paid tier.

Where teams land

A spreadsheet, a platform, or this.

Most teams start in a spreadsheet, outgrow it, buy something enormous, and end up administering software instead of shipping work. There is a stop in between.

Capability A spreadsheet An enterprise platform IterDone
Time to first real task Minutes — until it sprawls Days or weeks of rollout An afternoon, import included
What a new hire has to learn Where the tabs are A course, sometimes a certification Nothing. Open it and it's obvious
Views of the same work One, and it's a grid Fifteen, twelve unused Six, all one click apart
Clients & contractors Email them a copy Buy them a seat Invite them as free guests, scoped to one list
Automation & AI access None Add-on, often billed per member Included — REST API, webhooks and 87 MCP tools
Getting your data out It's already a file A support ticket and a lossy export CSV or full-workspace JSON, any time

FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things people ask before they sign up.

How long does setup actually take?

Most teams import a CSV and invite people the same afternoon. There is no implementation project, no admin certification and no consultant — if you can describe your work as lists of tasks, you can be running today.

How much does it cost?

Sign in and start using your workspace. If we introduce paid plans later we'll make the pricing clear before you incur any charge — you will never be billed without agreeing first.

Can I move my existing projects in?

Yes. Export a CSV from your current tool and upload it. Task names, statuses, priorities, assignees and due dates come across in one pass. There's a full-workspace JSON importer for larger migrations.

Can I get my data back out?

Any time, without asking us. CSV export per list, and a full-workspace JSON export covering tasks, docs, custom fields and comments.

Do clients and contractors need paid seats?

No. Invite them as guests and scope them to a single list — they see their work and nothing else.

Is there an API? Can my AI assistant use it?

Both. 119+ REST endpoints with scoped API keys, outbound webhooks, and a built-in MCP server exposing 87 tools so an AI assistant can create tasks, read lists and log time directly.

Can I run this headless, without anyone opening the app?

Yes. The REST API and MCP server cover the same ground the UI does — create a space, build out lists and custom fields, assign and close tasks — so an AI agent or a script can run a workspace end to end. Log in when you want to look; you never have to.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in any modern browser on desktop or phone. Nothing to install, nothing to update.

Is my data secure?

Every company's workspace lives in its own isolated database. Passwords are hashed, all traffic is encrypted in transit, and we don't sell your data.

Who's behind it?

IterDone is built and operated by Pangloss Technologies. Read more about us, check the system status, or get in touch — you'll reach the people who write the code.
