- Notification settings rebuilt: per-channel modes (everything, focused, mentions only, custom, or off) for inbox and email, plus batched digest emails so activity notifications arrive as one email instead of one at a time.
- Account email delivery: workspace invites, password reset requests, and password-changed confirmations are now sent by email instead of a copy/paste link.
- Public doc sharing: share a whole doc or a single page to the open web, with link expiration, password protection, an indexing toggle, and a resizable embed code.
- Workload view: 7/14/30-day ranges, grouping by assignee, priority, status, or tag, per-person capacity overrides, and an unscheduled/overdue side panel.
- Custom task statuses: Space → Folder → List inheritance, ten built-in status templates, and work-in-progress limits per status.
- First content security policy shipped across the app, and mobile layouts moved onto a shared, denser component styling pass.
- Analytics wired up on the public marketing pages.
July 2026
- iterdone.com went live, and the product's public name changed from Task to IterDone.
- API keys can now be scoped to a single Space, so an integration only ever sees the work it needs to.
- REST API expanded, alongside a new shared client library used by IterDone's own partner integrations.
- Partner embeds — a live list dropped into another site — can now be scoped to a single Space.
- SEO pass across the public site, and the Privacy Policy page published.
